Revis was born February 22, 1965 in Palestine, TX. He served in the Army for a number of years and is now working in Tulsa, Oklahoma for the Railroad as a Train Engineer. He married Elizabeth Ann Fletcher (August 6, 1962) of Palestine on June 13, 1997. They have a daughter, Sara Ellen, who was born on January 15, 1992 in Palestine and a son, Casey Paul Fletcher who was born on June 6, 1985 in Jacksonville, Texas. They live in Jenks, Oklahoma.
