Ray was born January 14, 1944 in Palestine. Ray married Kathy Reynolds (December 19, 1944) of Palestine, Texas on February 18, 1964. They lived in Ft. Worth, Palestine, Spring, Splendora and Albuquerque, New Mexico. Ray and Kathy had one son: Edwin Link
Ray and Kathy divorced in 1984. He later married Jan for a couple of years. In 1987, he married Debbie who had three kids. They divorced in 1996. Ray moved to Pie Town, NM where he met Melissa and married her. They divorced a couple of years later.
Ray moved back to Texas and is living and working in Hutchins, Texas. Ray married Nina Marie Kostecka on February 14, 2006.
