Edwina was born December 1, 1908 in Palestine, Texas. She was confirmed in the Episcopal Church in 1909, but in 1922 she was baptized at the First Baptist Church in Palestine. She married Clarence Harrison (January 19, 1895) of Palestine on February 29, 1936 at the First Baptist Church in Jacksonville. They made their home in the Swanson Hill Community. Edwina and Clarence had one son, Thomas Noel, who was born June 4, 1940 in Palestine, Texas. Tommy married Betty Ann Easley (October 23,1942) of Elkhart, Texas on March 23, 1962.
Tommy and Betty had one son, Thomas Rhett, who was born September 6, 1967 in Houston, Texas. Rhett married Contessa Renee Davenport (Tessa) on April 24, 1999 at the First United Methodist Church in Gorman Texas. They work in Gorman, Texas and Live in Stephenville, Texas.

Clarence Harrison died September 1, 1969 in Dallas, Texas at the VA Hospital. He is buried in at Chambers Cemetery in South Anderson County. Edwina lived in the Swanson Hill Community in the house she and Clarence built many years ago. Edwina passed away on March 21, 1999 in DeLeon, Texas, and she is buried at the Chambers Cemetery in Anderson County, Texas next to her husband.
